This brochure answers some of your most frequently asked questions, and lets you know exactly how we're protecting the information you entrust to us. What personal information do you collect about me? We collect the following information about you at different points in the user of our Application, depending on if you are a driver or a user: • Location • Name, Address, Postal Code • Phone Number and Email Address • Payment card number, Payment card expiry date • Banking information if you are a driver who needs to have funds deposited into bank • Purchase history • Customer satisfaction info and Opinions about products and services • Driver's license number to verify drivers Please note, that MoveNow does not store any sensitive information on its servers. Our third party secure payment processing application receives the payment card number, payment card expiry date, and banking info directly. When you visit our website, we also collect: • information about your computer, including your IP address, the type of operating system and browser you use, and your computer's location • what pages you visit on our site and what links you click on Why do we need this information? The main reasons we collect personal information from you are: • Because our software asks for it • Customer relationship management • Customer service • Delivery services • To complete a sale/transaction If it's a necessary part of any of these transactions, we may disclose your information to another company. For example, when you sign up as a driver, we pass your banking info to our third-party payment processing application, who will use it to deposit customer payments into your account. We also pass on your name and location (which may be your home address) to a driver to complete a delivery, to a marketing agency, or customer service representatives. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties Sometimes, we also share your personal information with other companies, including but not limited to: Third party payment processing applications for all monetary transactions, Demographic information and locations to Marketing firms, Third party contractors (such as a courier company or customer relationship management consultants. We use services from Google, Facebook and other third party providers to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by MoveNow and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites and better understand your online activity. We will also disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so. How do you get my consent? By using our services as either a driver or a user, we assume you consent to our collecting it and using it for the reasons mentioned above If we ask you for personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Saying no is called "opting out". By opting out, you can tell us not to collect the information and/or not to share it with other companies. How do I opt out? You may opt out of receiving promotional information by following the information within the information. You may opt of providing your location to MoveNow, however this will cause MoveNow to stop functioning as it needs your location to complete services. How do I get more information?
